Bikram’s Yoga

Bikram’s yoga 26 postures are practiced in a heated room. It is great for sweating and toning up the body. I doubt that it makes you lose weight thou. But, it makes you feel less tired and defnitely improves blood circulation. For the first week, I’ve went for 5 days. Each class lasts for 1.5 hrs. I think yoga everyday is too much for me, but each class is enjoyable. Ooh, one thing to be careful is if you have back and neck pain like I do, you must be careful of the back and twist stretches. Also, always use cold water to wash your face immediately after the class cuz the heat do really open up your pores.
